“Rupert has been a pleasure to work with since the day he started working on our marketplace redesign. Not only a great designer, he challenges assumptions, and comes up with great solutions. His work forms the foundation of our platform design from 2019 on. Get him while you can. (On YJ, obviously.)” Hugo Rodger-Brown

If Rupert would take a full time job I'd hire him now. He's smart, calm, fast, and very client facing. He generates a feeling of utter control only earned through years of hard earned graft. I can't say enough good things about him. We hired him to help us with a project that was struggling, we needed some new eyes. 6 days in we were done. Rupert produced a strategically led, incredibly complex set of designs ready for client sign off and ready for handover to build. He adopted out internal processes in a day, had the tools ready and was producing work straight away. He meshed with the team effortlessly. In front of the client he was professional, calm, knowledgable, and stood his ground where needed. The clients responded very well to him. I would not hesitate to ask Rupert back, he's on my list at number 1.
